Founder & Principal ConsultantWith hands-on experience in general contracting and owner representation, Michael brings detailed knowledge and a strong command of negotiation and change order strategy. He comes from humble beginnings working as a rodbuster in the Southern Summer heat. To date he has supported $15B+ in projects across healthcare, advanced tech, aerospace, education, and government sectors — leveraging his construction background and leadership experience to advocate for owners from day one.

Electrical ConsultantWith 20+ years in electrical contracting, Mark has seen it all. He has built multi-family, commercial, and healthcare projects from the ground up and knows the ins and outs of the electrical industry. He is a master electrician in the state of Alabama and served as a board member in the Jefferson County electrical board of appeals for 14 years.
